Dining Highlights
Acquolina at Anantara Kalutara Resort has some delectable delights well worth trying including “Tagliatelle al Nero di Seppia”; it features handmade squid ink tagliatelle pasta served with lobster as well as pancetta in a sauce consisting of shellfish and brandy. Also of note is the “Piatto di Salumi Misti” which comes with a selection of mortadella, Parma ham and salami varieties.
Antipasti

For some Italian-style dessert one can try the “Tiramisu Acquolina” made with layers of savoiardi sponge fingers dipped in coffee, amaretto and mascarpone. Also on the menu are “Panna Cotta Alla Vaniglia” featuring vanilla panna cotta, mascarpone, citrus tube and mixed berry compote and “Zabaglione” which is a sweet marsala custard cream served with sliced fresh fruit.
